Come stay with us in our comfortable and private centrally located basement apartment. Located a few miles of the canyons where you can hike, bike, ski and explore. We are also 45 minutes from many ski resorts and only 10 minutes from Lagoon! Near many great restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. Located across the street from park with tennis courts, a playground. and a lot of grass! Lagoon, Station Park, SLC, Wasatch Mountains! **MINIMUM 1 MONTH RENTAL** The space Each room has a queen sized bed, dresser, and closet space. The couch in the living room is a sofa/sleeper bed. The house is situated on a third of an acre with a nice grassy front and back yard which you have access to use at your leisure. There is a large city park located directly across the street which has tennis courts, pavilions, and a playground. We have some equipment available to be used in the yard and/or in the park. Need more space? The home has a private/separate downstairs unit which that may be available. If both units are available to be rented, you can unlock a door to access the entire house at once. Guest access You have designated parking behind the house. The upstairs tenants have designated parking on the west side of the driveway and should leave enough space for you to get past on the east. (Parking on the street is also available needed.
