Ryan's Retreat ‘Street View Oasis’

Just outside the heart of Downtown Hamilton, Ryan's Retreat is among the many other Air B&B properties that are located in Historic Dayton Lane, within walking distance to many sight-seekers destination as well as many restaurants, bars and Hamilton's Municipal Brewery and shopping district. The room is location on the second level of a historic building which has recently been updated to give our guests all of the modern amenities that you would get at any modern boutique or hotel. The space Plenty of storage space is available and the room is light and airy. It offers a twin sized bed, a chaise lounger and club chair with an ottoman. There is a small Tv with basic service, excellent Wifi and a very clean and sizeable shared kitchen & bathroom. I live onsite and am readily available to accommodate your needs also providing you with all of the privacy that you’ll need. Hank, our house dog, will be happy to meet you once you’ve arrived and settled. Guest access Kitchen & Restroom During your stay I live onsite, in the third level artist’s suite and am available to meet your exceptions of a great host. I co-host a number of other Air B&B properties and have this amazing space to offer in my own home. Other things to note The house is near the end of a 6 month renovation so there may be a few unfinished details that you’ll notice during your stay. All major construction protects have been completed and the finishings (some light fixtures, painting, carpeting, etc.) are almost finished and are worked on daily by myself and staff. Please let me know if there are any requirements that you see to be unfinished an we will prioritize tasks to accommodate your needs.
