Close to skiing, bus, park, bike path, dog walk, dining, fishing & golf. On the Meadow, the quiet, uncrowded side of town and down the street from Snowcreek and Sierra Star Golf Courses. The Meadow is a perfect place to walk your dog, fish in Mammoth Creek and to enjoy the Fall colors, yet very close to Eagle lodge for skiing. The bike path is at the end of the street and so is a park with a playground (currently under construction) for small children. The small, 51-unit condominium complex has a spa, gas BBQ, laundry facilities and a pool which is open in the summer. Getting around town is very easy. You can walk or bike to Vons, dining, bowling, movies, and shopping. Or, you can take the Trolley for free. The Trolley stop is a 1-minute walk to Minaret road. The Trolley takes you to the ski lodges, shopping, village, etc. The condo is on the second floor (~12 stairs to access the front door), has 1 bedroom downstairs with a King bed and a walk in closet. A full bathroom downstairs with a shower/tub combo and separate vanity area. The bedroom has a 50” smart TV with streaming service available, and also a work desk with a computer workstation. The living room has a high end King pull out sofa with memory foam mattress, a 55” smart TV with streaming service available. There is also a small TV station with Sony PlayStation and Super Nintendo to stay entertained while in the condo. The upstairs loft has 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The loft also has a 50” smart TV with streaming service available. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo, shared laundry facility in complex, pool (in summer), shared gas BBQ, and jacuzzi (year-round 4:00-10:00 pm). Please bring your own pool towels.
