Ceiling fans are distributed throughout the home (including on the front deck) to promote comfort and air circulation. The deluxe full kitchen includes two separate breakfast bars (one at the kitchen's prep island!), plentiful counter space, and an extra-large, French-door refrigerator. There are two spaces in the single-stack driveway and one additional street parking space in front of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
