Delightful little apartment facing the sea, in Via Rinascimento 95, 50 meters from the beach, with 1 double bedroom, a dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 1 completely renovated bathroom, kitchenette, balcony with sea view, suitable for families. In the living room and in the bedroom there are ceiling fans / light. Availability of a parking space (small) as well as a warehouse under the stairs. A few steps away there are shops, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy so well-served area. The center of San Benedetto del Tronto is about 3km away, while Ascoli Piceno is 25 km. Check in after 2 pm on Saturday and check out by 10 am always on Saturday. Reservations can be for a MINIMUM OF ONE WEEK or MULTIPLES OF ONE. Bed linen and towels not included in the price. (€ 15 per person ) On request it is possible to add a cot. Small pets are allowed with an additional final cleaning cost of € 30
