Wood deck surrounds attached apartment. The space The large (800sf) studio apartment is attached to the main residence at Helping Hands Horse Rescue an animal rescue farm. It is situated on the east side of the house, with ample view of the Chehalem mountains and rolling pastures. The apartment has a comfy queen size bed, private bathroom, and a full kitchen with cooking necessities provided. There is a sitting area where beautiful landscapes and sunrises can be seen from all of the windows. The apartment has a large wraparound deck, perfect for taking in the scenery. Guests have their own parking space and private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is attached to the main house through the laundry room, separated by a sliding barn door. Guest access Guests can walk around the 20 acre farm to view our beautiful scenery and gorgeous oak trees in a park like setting and including our vineyard. Peace and serenity is everywhere. We are happy to show guests our horses, llamas, miniature ponies, goats, sheep, rabbits, ducks and chickens, on request. We have a patio and deck available to guests at all times. Other things to note Our two dogs, a sweet pitt bull mix and american eskimo run the property. They are both friendly and love to greet new guests. We do have animal sounds such as horses neighing, ducks quacking, roosters crowing throughout the day and sometimes early in the morning.
