Jack (King Bed) and Jill (Queen Bed) share bath

The Jack/Jill rooms are adjoining with a bathroom between rooms. Each bedroom has a separate sink and vanity. It's perfect for Mom/Dad (King size bed) and two kids (Queen bed) or 4 friends. No kids under age 10 please. These rooms can also be booked individually. The price listed reflects the use of both rooms, If you would only like one room the price would be less. One person would be $75 and two people in the same room would be $85. The space Note: The price listed is for use of the two bedrooms together. If you don't need both bedrooms, you can inquire as to a price for one of the two rooms only. Have the upstairs to yourself or share with your family and friends. We have 2 rooms (Jack and Jill) that share a full bathroom, each with their own vanity and sink. One room has a King bed with and one room has a Queen bed. If you would like more privacy, check out the bedroom with the bathroom inside the bedroom if available. (Cozy Queen Bedroom/private bath) If you book the Jack (King size bed) or Jill (Queen bed), I will never put someone that is not traveling together for privacy reasons. Each room has comfortable and freshly cleaned bedding and comfy down pillows with pillow protectors so you can sleep comfortably. Home is located in a newer family neighborhood. It is convenient to I-485 and Hwy 51, Independence (Hwy 74). We have two kids, but they both live out o state. The upstairs is pretty much available, I have a sewing business upstairs but it is at the top of the stairs and away from the other bedrooms. Our home is an easy drive to the Charlotte Motor Speedway (22 mi.) a straight shot on 485. We are also about a 30 minute drive to downtown Charlotte and 30 minutes to airport. We are close to the Sports Plex (Soccer tournaments), Monroe, Indian Trail, Matthews and Huntersville. Guests also have access to a comfortable sitting room with a sofa, chair, small fridge, coffee maker, microwave and a big screen TV with cable and DVR and Netflix We love to hear your stories and we love to share any thing about the Charlotte area to make your stay enjoyable. If you are quiet and just need a place to lay your head at night, we can go with the flow! Our neighborhood is very quiet and safe! We have sidewalks that connect two neighborhoods. If you enjoy walking or running, you will have some great scenery to look at. You might also see some horses out to pasture. We are on the outskirts of Charlotte and so public transit is not an option from where we live. However, you can drive a few miles to a public parking lot to get to get around. Guest access Guests will have their own Bonus room with a Big Screen TV with access to cable channels and wi-fi. There is also a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge stocked with water and some snacks. During your stay My husband and I both work out of the home and observe office hours M-TH from 8:30 - 4:30. My sewing business is upstairs and my sewing machines can get noisy and I would not want to interfere with your sleep. Guests who share similar work hours are best suited. Interaction is different with each guest. We respect peoples time and since we both work out of our home, we try to keep regular business hours.
