Location, Location, Location! This condo overlooks the marina and the intercoastal water way leading to the gulf of Mexico. It also provides access to a private beach via a water taxi ride. If you are looking for relaxation on the beach or by the pool, there is a heated pool and a hot tub to have a cocktail by. The area has many things to do like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, charters, golfing, and many bars and restaurants. Bocca Grande and Englewood beach are a short drive away as well. The condo is on the second floor providing great views of the marina, enjoy boat watching and sighting manatees on your balcony while enjoying your morning coffee. There is an elevator available if you need it. ****The pool and hot tub are currently out of order due to hurricane Milton, along with the boat taxi ride to the beach :(
