It has three bedrooms: two doubles with 90 cm single beds and one single, all equipped with ceiling fans. There is also a fan in the living room. To facilitate their use, the controls are identified by colors: blue for the living room, yellow for bedroom 1, green for bedroom 2 and red for the single bedroom. The living room, bright and comfortable, integrates a fully equipped open kitchen, from which you can also enjoy the ocean views. The community pool, equipped with hammocks, remains quiet and is perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The apartment's location is exceptional: just below is an ideal restaurant for those who prefer not to cook, as well as a coffee shop and supermarket. There is ample public parking with electric car charging points within walking distance. Designed with an eco-friendly approach, the apartment takes advantage of its elevated position to enjoy constant natural ventilation. It is recommended to open the windows facing north and south to generate a cross current that, together with the fans, ensures a fresh and pleasant environment. In addition, extra services can be hired on demand, such as a private chef, babysitter, photo tours of the island or personalized beauty sessions. HOUSE RULES Booking conditions and house rules Minimum stay: 7 nights. For shorter stays, please contact us. Bookings of up to 9 nights: do not include cleaning service or change of sheets or towels. Bookings of 10 to 13 nights: include a change of sheets and towels mid-stay (no cleaning). Bookings of 14 nights or more: include full cleaning and change of sheets and towels mid-stay. Booking confirmation: To confirm a booking, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required. For bookings made through other portals, we will contact you to request such payment. Second payment: must be made at least 60 days before check-in. Cancellations: In case of cancellation within the refundable period, the amount will be refunded in full if the payment was made by bank transfer. If the payment was made by credit card, the corresponding bank charges will be deducted.
