The space General Description: Casa Rural Salomé is an entire rental property located in Mora de Luna, combining rural charm with modern amenities. It is the perfect place for those seeking tranquillity and quality. Bedrooms: The house has two spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features single beds, a private balcony with a view, and Chromecast technology for your leisure time. The second bedroom provides a peaceful environment, featuring single beds and an open wardrobe. Living and Dining Room: A comfortable space that includes a seating area with a TV and, if required, the option to use the sofa bed as an extra bed. Kitchen: Designed in an L-shape, it is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and a full set of kitchenware. Bathroom: A fully equipped, welcoming bathroom with a hairdryer and make-up mirror, designed for your complete comfort. Outdoors: We have a pleasant private patio where you can enjoy the fresh air, as well as a parking area outside the property. Spotless home: We hand over the house to you clean and ready for you to enjoy. When you arrive, we will help you with any questions you may have about how the house works, once you have read this short summary of important things to know. The deposit is simply a guarantee that you will look after the property as you would your own home. If everything is in order when you check out, we will refund the deposit in full as soon as the cleaning staff confirm that everything is in order! Guest access Equipment & Comfort We want you to feel at home from the very first moment. That's why we've prepared everything down to the last detail: • Rest: In the rooms, you will find a full set of bedding, pillows, reading cushions, and warm clothing for cooler evenings. • Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with towels (bath and hand towels), a hairdryer, a first-aid kit, and the main personal hygiene items. • Kitchen: You have at your disposal a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, juicer and all the necessary crockery. What's more, we've left you some welcome products so you can enjoy a hot drink when you arrive! • Temperature: In winter, the house will be heated upon your arrival. The thermostat is located in the window on the upper landing; we recommend keeping the temperature between 18°C and 20°C for a comfortable and sustainable environment. And in the summer, it's cool and really pleasant…! • Technology and Wi-Fi: There is internet access throughout the house. The TV in the room includes Chromecast; if you log in to your platforms (Netflix, etc.), please remember to log out when you leave for your own privacy. • Home comfort: The fireplace is operational. For safety reasons, please use it with caution. If you need firewood, you can find it at nearby petrol stations and shops. • Electricity: The fuse box is located in the hall cupboard. Everything has been checked and is ready to go. Other things to note To ensure everything runs smoothly: Travelers Registration: In accordance with regulations, all travellers must register by providing certain details on the digital platform of the Ministry of the Interior (Royal Decree 933/2021). We will provide you with a link to enable you to register easily from your mobile phone. It is a secure, fast process, and your data goes directly to the authorities, without us having access to it. Delivery of keys: Once the stay and the deposit have been paid, we will send you the code for the keybox and instructions. We do our best to get the house ready as soon as possible; if the previous guest checks out on the same day, our cleaning team may need extra time to leave it spotless. We will be in touch to finalise the details as soon as possible. Checkout: Check-out is before 12:00 pm. This allows us to prepare the house with care for the next guests. If you need to check out later, please ask us about availability. Refund of deposit: As soon as the cleaning team confirms that the keys are in their box and that the property is in order, we will refund your security deposit to you as soon as possible. Mutual care: Should anything go wrong due to careless use or negligence, we would be obliged to deduct the replacement costs from the deposit. Please remember that, as owners, we cannot be held responsible for the individual decisions or actions of each guest.
