On the ground floor (fully equipped with Solnhofer ceramics and underfloor heating) is also the new eat-in kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo capsule machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric hand mixer, blender and much more. At the rustic dining table with bench and chairs you can enjoy your meal. The modern bathroom offers a shower and toilet as well as a washing machine and dryer (free of charge). In the small storage room you will find various cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. On the upper floor (solid wood parquet flooring) you will find a high-quality box spring sofa bed for 2 persons in the gallery (size: 140 x 200 cm), a pool table, a small bar and the lounge corner with beanbag and radio provide variety.
