"Ocean and Sand" 2/2 House, 1 block to the beach!

2 bedroom 2 bathroom house, one block to the beach, 4 blocks to Main St, prime location. The building has shared backyard and alley towards the beach with another building which is a part of NMB Triplex compound. There is steep spiral staircase between floors with baby guard on the top. You can use outside stairs if the staircase is too rough for you. 3 parking spots. Must be 30+ to book and stay at the property. Profile picture & ID required. The space 2 story house(Unit C), sleeps up to 10: 1st bedroom : queen size bed, TV. 2nd bedroom : queen bed and bunk bed (both full size) with trundle (twin). Please, no overweight people on bunk bed, light weight or kids only. Small reading room by the staircase: few chairs and coffee table. Living room: couch, TV. Dining table fits 6 people. Shared private yard with another property(duplex). Other things to note No more than 6 guests for posted rate. $20 per a night for each additional guest. 11 guests max total. 2 parking spaces on drive way + 1 on the ground in front of the house. No cable. Smart TV has an access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. Sorry, we are not allowing alterations of booked dates unless you are extending your stay.
