Welcome to our welcoming studio full of light and zen vibes. This charming little place has all the goodies to keep you as comfy as you'd feel at home. Gourmet coffee, fresh white towels, and a soft bed you can hang in all day. This hidden gem is right in the historic district of Rose Park. It sits above the garage of a 100-year-old Craftsman in a neighborhood of beautiful, colorful bungalow homes. Walking distance to great coffee, the beach, and the trendy shops of Retro Row on 4th street. The space We live in the main house and the studio is above the garage away from us. We cannot hear anything that happens in the studio, and we've soundproofed in hopes that you don't either! During March '22, we will not be on the property so you'll have the studio and outdoor deck to yourself. The property is 100 years old, and it houses a very interesting fireplace built from foundry stones in 1934. It's nice to have a fire on a cold night and we're happy to provide a starter log. Our backyard is huge with plenty of outdoor space for lounging or having brunch outside. You enter the property through a shady side gate and go through the backyard to get to the studio. ** Under the new way of the world, we’ve committed to Airbnb’s cleaning protocol. We sanitize every surface and anything that anyone would touch from knobs to windows. Currently, we air out the studio for 1 day between guests. Please request anything that might make you more comfortable. We are open to ideas. Guest access Guests can access our large backyard and our garage, which has a washer and dryer for use. We also have an outdoor fireplace you can use upon request.
