Very nice Provencal villa with pool

This villa with swimming pool enjoys a magnificent view, and is ideally located a few minutes from Avignon, near Saint Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence, Pont du Gard, Arles, the Luberon massif. Explore the Camargue and the Blue Coast! Shifu (our nice cat) welcomes you and will be grateful if you give her food and water. The space It is a pleasant house, in a green setting, without direct vis-à-vis, with an incredible view of the mountain. The large terrace, furnished with garden furniture and shaded by wisteria, allows, like the swimming pool and the flowered garden, to enjoy the outdoors. The living room is double: the first to enjoy a meal with family or friends, a sofa to enjoy a "netflix" moment, and the second allows you to read, play the board games available or enjoy a cinema session with the video projector. The rooms all have their specificity. The parental suite gives access to a veranda overlooking the garden; its king size bed is under a panoramic skylight allowing, if desired, to sleep "under the stars" while enjoying the interior comfort... The two bedrooms upstairs are comfortable, each offering an original view of the Montagnette. The house is cooled during the summer thanks to the "Provençal air conditioning": the Virginia creeper and the wisteria allow to maintain the nocturnal freshness (helped by the mistral) throughout the day. However, a mobile air conditioner is available.
