There's many great restaurants in the area, and a grocery store within walking distance. Layton Hills Mall is about 5 miles away & there's a Sam's Club within 5 miles & a Costco within 10 miles. The space Syracuse, Utah is situated between Ogden and Salt Lake City and is a short drive to popular attractions & restaurants. This private suite has an open floor plan with a comfy king bed and full sofa sleeper. It also includes a Keurig Coffee/Hot chocolate maker, two large flat screen tvs, a recliner in the living area and a washer/dryer. You can do laundry, relax, do a little work at the desk or cook up a meal in the full size kitchen. Guest access This Mother-In-Law Suite is accessed from the backyard, down a flight of rock steps with a wrought iron railing. It is attached to the home, but has it's own entrance, separate heat/air, washer & dryer and is totally private. Please park on the West side of the home in one of the two parking spots on the cement pad by the garage cans. Other things to note Please no smoking, vaping or pets in or around suite.
