Wilderness Cabin Adventure

The Cabin is very clean and cozy!! We have electric and running water, although you must bring in drinking and cooking water!! Please remember that you are in the woods....if you don’t like bugs or an occasional mouse...then the wilderness may not be your place. You have to bring your own firewood for the fire pit. All trash and recycling must be carried out. NO FIREARMS ALLOWED!! ATV at your own risk....please do not tear up our trails.....$500 excavation charge if our trails are torn up. The space We have 104 acres of beautiful woods with a babbling brook near the cabin. Hiking biking trails throughout the property. Guest access Four wheel drive is recommended to get to the cabin. We have a brand new stone driveway leading to the cabin. A rear wheel drive vehicle has easy access to the cabin. All trailers are to be parked in the field at the top of the property. Other things to note Ouleout Creek public golf course is 5 miles away on Rt 28 going towards Oneonta East Sydney Reservoir is 9 miles away.....it has a beautiful beach and is a kayak and wave runner destination. Great place to fish. You must possess a Valid NYS Fishing license. We are 8 miles from Oneonta. And 30 miles from Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.
