Our three-family home, which includes two vacation apartments, is located in Hatzenbühl, Germany’s oldest tobacco-growing community, with a population of about 3,000. Our town offers a variety of shopping options (bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, farm stand, garden center), a doctor’s office and pharmacy, a VR-Bank branch, a gas station, and restaurants. Everything is within a 1-kilometer radius and easily accessible on foot. The A65 and B9 highways are just a few minutes’ drive away. Several neighboring towns offer train service. When furnishing the property, we placed great emphasis on ensuring our guests enjoy their stay and feel almost at home. It’s important to us that you have a pleasant stay here and can relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life in peace and comfort. We’re happy to provide a crib (crate bed) for infants or a bed for slightly older children (€5 per night each), as well as a high chair. Traudel II Vacation Rental - Portal price: Welcome to the Traudel Vacation Rental Our vacation rental for 4 people has been certified with 3 stars by the German Tourism Association (valid until 01.10.2026). The 105 m² attic apartment is divided into a large combined living/dining room (36 m²), a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles), 1 bathroom (with shower and bathtub), 1 additional toilet, and a small storage room. The furnished balcony measures 6.5 m² and is accessible from two of the bedrooms. All bedrooms feature a desk with a chair. In the double bedroom, the beds can be arranged as a double bed or as twin beds, depending on your needs. There is also space for a baby crib or toddler bed (€5 per night each). A high chair and a children’s toilet seat can be provided free of charge. The vacation rental is a non-smoking unit and offers free Wi-Fi access.  On-site costs: Free Wi-Fi; washing machine and dryer available—€3.00 per wash/dry cycle. Amenities for families with children: A crib for babies and toddlers can be provided (€5 per night—please book directly if needed).High chairs, step stools, and potty training seats with steps are available free of charge.
