The apartment is located within the magnificent Villa that is located on the edge of the park and welcomes its guests with a spacious room used for small events, ideal for culinary evenings or wine tastings. The park itself is accessible to everyone, offering spaces to read a book, walk or practice morning yoga, ensuring an oasis of personal relaxation. For maximum comfort for guests, the pool area is equipped with toilets and changing rooms, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience. Other things to note The Parco Della Nave, an "English" garden created in 1800 by the botanist Ferdinando Della Nave. Following his interest in collecting, he decided to create a green space dedicated to the conservation of particular exotic species, coming from the different corners of the world, creating a very interesting Botanical Collection in an extended space (ca 32,000 square meters). Near the pond is a giant Sequoia of over a century and a half. The specimen exceeds the height of 40 meters and has a circumference of 5.50 meters. She suffered damage during the last world war and in the 1970s she was struck by a lightning bolt, while still maintaining her majesty. It is fully included among the 'Monumental Trees of Italy'.
