Cozy Cabin Near East Verde River

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the valley in this newly remodeled cabin 14 miles NE of Payson. Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee outside on the deck or an evening campfire under the stars (if restrictions allow). Includes a fully functional kitchen with an induction stove top, ninja toaster oven, Keurig, gas grill, and all your pots/pans/dishes/table wear. Take advantage of the endless trails around you and end the day with a relaxing soak in the outdoor shower. The space NOTE: Please be aware that there is a long set of stairs to the cabin. The stairs are sturdy with a railing on one side, but might be tough to climb for those with mobility issues. No Wheelchair Access. The last few miles of the road to the cabin is a gravel road. Although an SUV or 4x4 vehicle will make the trip easier, it is not necessary unless snowfall is expected during your stay. I’ve made the drive many times in a Prius with no issues. Although there is little to no cellular reception, the cabin is equipped with Starlink high-speed internet. Unfortunately, due to the tall pine trees surrounding the cabin, the internet is not always reliable enough for work from home situations if you need to have meetings over Teams or Zoom as interruptions due occur. The house is a short walk to the East Verde river which can be heard flowing from the front porch on a quiet evening. There are tall pine trees surrounding the property. The Cabin has a large deck outside with a dining table for outdoor meals, as well as a small breakfast deck in the back where you can also stargaze at night. Guest access Guests will enjoy access to the entire property. Other things to note Some other things to note: VEHICLES: Two vehicles fit well in the driveway. Three takes some maneuvering so be prepared for that. No more than three cars will fit in the driveway and unfortunately there are no other places to park personal vehicles. NEIGHBOORHOOD: The neighborhood is a close knit community that enjoys peaceful weekends. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during your stay.
