Beautiful MIMO preserved style renovated suite, at a small building in a great upper east location .Two free parking spots, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, washer &dryer. True privacy in the heart of all: Paddle Board, Kayak, Jet Ski, Boat Rentals, Wednesday food trucks - all within 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk. 10-20 min from South Beach,Miami Beach, Wynwood, Design District & Downtown Miami. Groups can combine this one with another 2 suites to sleep max 17 guests, subject to availability. The space The suite is well equipped to make your vacation pleasant: Large size kitchen fully equipped: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, cups utensils and more. 3 large TVs (in bedrooms and living room), Iron, hair-dryer, Wi-Fi extender. Towels, linens and toiletries are provided. Other things to note *NO PETS* *SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE SUITE* *NO EXTRA GUESTS OTHER THAN THOSE ON THE RESERVATIONS* * PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED* A violation of these rules will cause an immediate termination of your stay without refund. An additional claim against your deposit could be placed. CHECK IN STARTS AT 3PM . We need to clean and prepare the suite for you. If you plan an early arrival at Miami, please check with me if we can accommodate an earlier check-in. Please make sure not to show up early without prior communication and approval. Many times we have same day departure and arrival and a very limited time frame to complete preparations! CHECK OUT AT 11AM. Please make sure to depart on time as we need to be ready for the next guest within a few hours. Your suite has a high speed internet connection and cable service. Please make sure to use the internet only for legitimate purposes! You have a full service cable TV for your entertainment. ORDERS OF PAY PER VIEW ARE PROHIBITED! If you are coming with a baby and need a baby crib, a small stroller or a baby chair please notify in advance so I could make sure that you have it ready upon your arrival. It is the guest’s responsibility to supervise the children at all times. Please make sure that children are kept away from stairs and electrical outlets and do not play with or lean on open drawers to avoid accidents. Make sure that your child doesn't draw on walls or furniture and avoid using finger paint or other materials that could cause damage. Children's channels are available in our cable plan.
