This is a furnished basement apartment. I am near shopping, sandcastle water park, restaurants, and Kennywood. I am walking distance to the bus line and one straight bus ride to Oakland and universities and hospitals. It isn't too far to Southside, downtown, uptown or sporting events. It is walking distance to the library, gym, Carnegie Music Hall, a park, Improv comedy club and a brewery. We have a great outside area with tiki bar for guests to enjoy in the summer time. Onsite coin laundry. There is damage on the entry floor near the bathroom. The space This is a separate unit in our basement with a private entance. It has been fully furnished and recently decorated. There is some slight damage to the floor in the entry. It's not dirty, just damaged. We have a great outdoor space with tables and chairs to enjoy a meal or a good book in the spring and summer and fall. Outside furniture is stored away during winter months. Guests must review and follow the entire listing. We expect that our guests will respect our space. Guest access Guests may use the entire apartment and outside area. Coin Laundry is on site. Please ask for the laundry access code. Smoking is only permitted outside and we do ask that you contain all cigarette butts. We are NOT 420 FRIENDLY! NO PETS ARE PERMITTED. Please consider bringing slippers. We do ask you to remove your shoes to provide a clean space for you and the guests to follow you. We will clean the space when you leave. You are expected to leave the space the way you found it to avoid additional fees. Please make sure you put all food garbage in the kitchen garbage can with the lid. Please leave all used beds unmade so we know what you have used. We ask you to leave the space as you found it. Guests will be charged for all missing items and towels. All items are included to use. Please do not take them home with you. Other things to note We ask that you keep the dehumidifier on and empty to prevent any issues. Feel free to unplug it while you sleep if you don't want to hear a slight noise. It is not very loud, we just ask that you plug it back in while you are awake. We ask that you smoke at the outside seating area ONLY for consideration of future guests. NO smoking inside or on steps! NO pets allowed! An additional fan and electric fireplace are provided to control the temperature to your liking. All guests must be registered on the app to stay. The floors have slight damage near the door/bathroom. It is not dirty, just slight damage.
