Welcome to "Kommewieder" in Greetsiel. This spacious 100 m² middle house can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Enjoy the cozy ambience with an open living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities such as Wi-Fi and TV. The accommodation is child-friendly and offers a beautiful garden with terrace, ideal for relaxing. A jetty right on the water is available and dogs are also welcome. The vacation home (non-smoking) has 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with double bed + bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, which are located on the first floor and the 3rd bedroom is located in the converted gallery under the roof with another 2 single beds). In bedrooms 1 and 2 there is another TV each. The Velux windows in the two bedrooms 2 and 3 have blackout blinds. Bedroom 1 with a double bed has exterior blinds. The floor is lined with laminate and has underfloor heating throughout the house (except the roof studio, there is a radiator there). The large light-flooded living-dining room is tastefully decorated. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer and much more. There is an iron, ironing board and clothes rack in the house. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet. On the first floor there is a shower room with toilet, there is also a washing machine. A hair dryer is also available. The beautiful terrace is equipped with furniture (6 garden chairs as well as garden table, parasol and umbrella stand). The house has a storage house (e.g. for your bicycles, max. 3 bikes have space), as well as a communal jetty directly on the Greetsieler Sieltief. A travel crib and high chair are available for free. A car parking space is also part of the house. A dog may be brought along on request. The garden is enclosed. The cottage is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal village on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Located in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic center with its romantic harbor, the famous twin mills, cozy cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The dyke landscape around Greetsiel offers numerous cycling and hiking trails with a great view of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the cottage is the ideal starting point for relaxation and varied excursions. Feel free to book a laundry package optionally.
