Our villa, a 3-minute walk from the beaches and the seaside village of Pinarello, is renovated in a contemporary spirit, and can accommodate 6 to 12 guests Large functional living spaces, Indoor and Outdoor. Very large terrace, 42 m² pool. Shaded garden between olive trees and maquis shrubs. Perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends. Perfect location to discover southern Corsica. The space The living spaces are spacious, the rooms are bright, the villa is very functional, which is very valuable when you live many, together and on vacation ;) Our house has been completely renovated in a contemporary spirit, it is located 3 minutes' walk from the beaches and the seaside village of Pinarello, and can accommodate 6 to 12 guests. Quiet villa and yet 3 minutes' walk away: restaurants, bakery, shop, water activities (dinghies, windsurfing, sailing school, diving, motorboat rentals, other activities...) Very functional kitchen, communicating with a completely open living room. 6 bedrooms are at your disposal, including 2 "master" bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, with sea or garden views, very wooded. A very large terrace borders the house, infinity pool and secure 42 m² overlooking the garden, a shaded garden between olive trees, citrus trees, arbutus trees and other shrubs of the maquis. Possibility to heat the pool in April, May, June, & October. Outdoors, large pergola for your meals with plancha, terraces with deckchairs, garden furniture, awning and parasols to protect you from the sun as you wish. Outdoor shower, ping pong table, kayak with trolley to go down to the beach, small fishing equipment, petanque balls, beach games for the little ones, beach umbrella. If necessary, there are 3 "umbrella" folding beds with fitted sheet, a "comfort" stroller and a booster chair. Pinarello is located 4 km from Sainte-Lucie de Porto Vecchio, where you will find all the shops (supermarket, press, hairdresser, aesthetic and wellness practice, restaurants, shops, medical center and pharmacy). Ideal location in Corsica to discover Porto Vecchio (15 km), the Cavu natural pools (6 km) and more generally South Corsica (Bonifacio, the Aiguilles de Bavella, Zonza, Propriano, Sartène, Ghisonnacia and Corte.) Cleaning fees at the end of the stay are included (additional cleaning service possible on request). Babysitting, car rental or other services available upon request. Other things to note The villa is both close to everything and quiet in the A RUSCANA residence. We want this tranquility to be respected by all, to preserve our relations with the other residents.
