Historic brick and stone Victorian home perched above the Hudson River. Unobstructed panoramic views of the river and Mount Beacon from the upper balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on Liberty St. 10 min to Beacon’s Main Street. Wi-Fi, Cable, Smart TV and Sound bar. 2 chairs, a propane BBQ grill, and a Solo-Stove fire-pit are arranged in the backyard. Extra bedrooms on the floor above the unit can be rented for an additional fee of $100 per night. The space The home features its original beautiful wood floors, custom wood staircase, window/doorway molding & baseboards, wood doors and picture rails. All spaces within the unit are bright and airy with high end furniture and modern/smart amenities. Guest access Most local favorites are within a 5-10 min drive from your stay with plenty of free on street parking. Other things to note Freight trains, some over 80 train cars long, travel along the Hudson River waterfront. You can hear their classic horns blow as they pass through Newburgh! Ear plugs, eye masks, and blackout window shades are provided as the sunrise is beautifully strong and the train horns can be loud to some. Light sleepers, please take note.
