The front door is monitored via the Ring application (security system) to record package delivery and guest arrivals. The back door (not the pool) is monitored by the Ring floodlight cam. Also, 4 lamps with outlets and USB chargers on them. They are pretty neat. If additional unregistered guests (including visiting guesRts) stay over anytime for a period of 2 or more hours, those guests will be an additional 75 per guest per night at check out. Must close sliding glass doors if AC is on. AC will not cool down house if doors are left open. If you clog a toilet...use the plunger. Do not keep flushing "hoping the clog will go down." Multiple flushing will result in a bathroom being flooded, cost to repair will come out of your security deposit. Just use the plunger. This is our home: Quiet hours to respect neighbors are 10 pm to 8 am. Please no drunk screaming, drunk loud horseplay or yelling children during these quiet hours. It is a safe quiet neighborhood...you will not hear noise between 10 pm and 8 am Additional guests: Guests arriving unexpectedly, unregistered, visiting, etc. that stay for 2 hours or more will be charged at 75 per night per guest at check out.
