With a very high ceiling in the living room that continues to the first floor, thanks to the open plan design between the floors. Large windows bring a lot of light into the room, without affecting privacy, as the villa has a hedge with assorted shrubs. On the main floor, 1 en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom, plus a bedroom and a shared bathroom. The modern staircase takes you to the upper floor where you will find a reading/games area, a south-facing terrace overlooking the sea and a couple of sun loungers, as well as a guest bathroom.
