ROOM C SHARED BATHROOM We are a smoking , vaping, drug and alcohol free property. Nestled in a quiet family neighborhood with ample street parking. Near mall and numerous shopping and food plazas. Close to Pomona Fairplex. Easy access to 60 Fwy, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties. Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, and Knott’s Berry Farm are about 12 miles away. Central to LAX (29mi) Burbank, Ontario (18 mi), John Wayne (21 mi), Long Beach (18mi) Airports.. The space This is a shared home so please be mindful of noise, volume of noise in consideration to others present in the house. Guests are also welcome to use toaster over, toaster and microwave present. There is NO kitchen access, particularly to the stove or oven. There is NO AC/Central air system. Ceiling fans and additional fans can be found in rooms and in home. Quiet hours are beginning 11pm-5am Smoking, Vaping, Drugs, & Alcohol No smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind (including marijuana) inside or anywhere on the property, a $250 fine will apply for violations. No alcohol allowed on the property, since this is a shared environment with other guests. For safety and prevention of fire please do not use or light candles in the home. Please do not bring in large appliances or electronics into the home, or notify host. Please do not flush anything else aside from paper toilet tissue. Wipes, flushable wipes and paper towels will cause clogs. ONLY HAND SOAP is provided. Personal items found in cabinet or shower/bathroom area such as: Shampoos, conditioners, body washes, lotions, etc are NOT for guest use. Guest access Dining room and front patio. Guests are also welcome to use toaster over, toaster and microwave present. There is NO kitchen access, particularly to the stove or oven. There is NO AC/Central air system. Ceiling fans and additional fans can be found in rooms and in home. NO BACK YARD ACCESS/USE. A small refrigerator may be provided for guest convenience. House refrigerator is NOT for guest use. Please do not bring in large appliances or electronics into the home, or notify host. Only items present on round green table are for guest enjoyment. Please ask Host for anything that may be low or missing. Host is present in the home and easily accessible for any questions. Other things to note Tenant present is not to be disturbed or authorized to make any decisions related to home so please refer to host. There is NO AC/Central air system.
