PLEASE NOTE: ACCESS to the BATHROOM is through the "Maasai" BEDROOM. There's no separate entrance. The CLEANING OPTION is MANDATORY, to be paid on-site (45 euro), UNLESS AGREED WITH THE OWNER - OTHER DURATIONS: You can choose between cleaning yourself and bringing your linens or taking them as an OPTION: - BED LINEN + TOWEL = 14 euros/room - TOWELS = 4 euros/pers. Best suited for 4 adults (5 max) and 2 children for example because of the eat-in kitchen. ********************** PARTIES and EVENTS of any kind are not allowed. Guest access Entire place Other things to note 1) In accordance with French law, a RENTAL AGREEMENT will be sent to you. IT MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED TO ME WITHIN 48 hours 2) The house must be MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT THE STAY INCLUDING IF THE CLEANING OPTION IS TAKEN. 3) Household products, dishwasher tablets, all consumables for a few days are available. 4) ANIMALS: ACCEPTANCE subject to CONDITION (contact me BEFORE any booking). Small size, short hair... Rules on site to be respected. 5) PARKING: has become PAID from MAY 1st to the end of September and during the All Saints' Day holidays. Possibility to purchase a PACKAGE during the paid periods (20 euros for 1 week and 30 euros for 2 weeks) or to find FREE places a little further away.
