It is about 500 m to the lake or entrance-free beach bath. The non-smoking house is equipped with tiles and laminate flooring and has floor heating and a fireplace. The spacious living-dining area with lake view leaves nothing to be desired. A cozy sofa, a large sat TV (40 inches) with DVD/CD/USB, a playstation with games and a collection of books and games provide relaxation and entertainment. The downstairs bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2m). On the ground floor there is also a nice shower room (shower with flat entry) with towel radiator and hairdryer. A washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board are also available. The modern kitchen offers a rich equipment, e.g. oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, high-quality pots, table grill, sandwich toaster, waffle iron and other diverse cooking and baking utensils. One bedroom upstairs has 3 single beds and lake view. The second upper bedroom also has a double bed (180x200cm). In both rooms are flat screen TVs. All bedrooms have exterior blinds and screens. High-quality mattresses and blankets, as well as adjustable slatted frames ensure your well-being. Practical is another shower room on the upper floor. There is free wifi (local registration required). We do not guarantee full availability and sufficient speed. A high chair and travel cot are also provided free of charge and all main rooms are provided with smoke detectors. The terrace with high-quality furniture, as well as the garden ensure relaxing hours of sunshine. There is a garden house and a ballroom. Of course, two car parking spaces are also included. From now on, a 2-4 canoe/Canadian with life jackets of different sizes is available free of charge (use at your own risk, without liability and guarantee). Nearby (Hotel Wariner See) there is a boat rental and an archery facility. A children's playground and a fishing club are also only a few minutes' walk away. For private shopping, there is a large shopping center (Lidl, Norma Edeka, drugstore, drink center, pharmacy, bakery, etc.), which can be reached in about 3 minutes by car. Rental is only possible without pets. The neighboring houses are called "AlleenHuus", "Ruth" and "Seeblick Warin" should you need more space. Warin is an ideal base for exploring the nearby cities and the Baltic Sea. Wismar, Schwerin and the Baltic Sea with its beautiful island Poel can be reached in about *contact info removed* minutes. The zoo to Rostock, Warnemünde or Ostseebad Kühlungsborn is also just a 50-minute drive. Lübeck can be reached in about 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours. In Neukloster (10 km) there is a high ropes course and in Wismar a large leisure pool. Feel free to book a laundry package as an option.
