Our 300-foot lighted pier is the centerpiece where you can fish, drop crab traps to soak, or enjoy a nice evening stroll to the benches at end of the pier. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 10. Sleeping arrangements include 2 Kings, queen, queen+double, sofa bed. Boat ramp in the community. Road dead ends at the bay into the Jensen Point Community. No Galveston or Port A crowds. Pier deck lights are on a switch at the pier entry. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front an rear of the property only. No cameras anywhere else in the home or pier. Other things to note What to bring: beach towels (we provide bath and hand towels only), your tackle, your boat if you have one, binoculars if birding is on the list. Everything else is here. House rules: maximum 10 guests, no events, age 25 minimum for the primary guest, quiet hours 10pm to 8am. Part of Float Away Vacations. We also own three properties on River Road near New Braunfels — Guadalupe Getaway, Guadalupe Breeze, and Jus Chillin. Coast for a few days, then come tube the river.
