Take a stroll to the park and you’ve got miles of land to explore. Bald eagles nest nearby. Take a bike path to downtown Lake City. Free access to two paddle boards and a canoe. Feel like staying in? A Smart TV (Roku TV) on wheels can be put in any room. Or perhaps you'd like some music? Any music you can hear on your phone can be streamed to built-in ceiling speakers (in-house Sonos system). Take in the lake from a deck with stairs to private beach. Fire ring. (The first floor = garage and third-floor of the house will be unoccupied.)
