Vincentia is part of the Jervis Bay Marine Park, where you can enjoy a wide range of local activities like sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, diving and dolphin or whale watching tours. The rich marine life and clear waters attract nature lovers from all over. Close to the vibrant town of Huskisson, where you can explore boutique shops, trendy cafes and restaurants. Just a short drive away is Hyams Beach, famous for having some of the whitest sands in the world, perfect for sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling. They are NOT for use as "party venues", No parties, schoolies, hen’s, buck’s, weddings, functions, commercial event or other style of event is to take place at the property. This property is surrounded by permanent residents and located in a quiet coastal area. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be asked to leave the property immediately. Offensive, loud or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and such behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire downstairs apartment. Maximum guests: 2 guests, Maximum adults: 2 adults. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bathroom/Laundry: Shower and toilet Other things to note Check-in: The property will be available for check-in after 2pm, however, if you are staying with us during December or January check-in is after 3pm.
