Cute little beach 3rd floor condo located in Indialantic Florida. Straight down A1A and just a short drive a way to the famous Cocoa beach and the Port of Canaveral. Sit and relax on your cute balcony overlooking the pond at Beach club. Enjoy the pool and the Florida lifestyle. Laundry is located at the community clubhouse for your convenience and small charge. Close to Highway 95 and 528 to get to your favorite places like Disney world or Universal studios Orlando. If you like Dining you should definitely drive down to Cocoa Beach and try Florida Seafood, definitely the best ever! You will find great shopping beach side and lots of activities around as well. Famous Ron Jon's is a must see! Grocery shopping is convenient as well just 1 block across from the condo you will find Publix ! Best Grocery experience. If you are going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral then the convenience of driving North down A1A is 2 blocks a way and straight shot to the cruise terminal. I appreciate you planning your stay at my little beach condo and it is little just under 600 SF but so so shabby chic and just beachy. We even have a vacuum in the kitchen closet behind the door and the charger is on the shelf if you need it for your sand :) I price my condo accordingly and it's a very very good price for what it is compared to others in the same community and I give discounts for returning guest as they at that point have experienced the value of my place.. You won't be disappointed. PS...NO PETS ALLOWED..NO SMOKING ALLOWED AND NO CHILDREN ALLOWED...We focus on a HEALTHY, CLEAN AND SAFE environment for everyone ...We ask everyone to acknowledge our rules and accept them. It's not common but it's very important that we are on the same page and providing a safe environment and stay for all of us.
