Cozy cabin getaway at the Lake

Gather with your family or friends in our rustic cabin for a peaceful getaway to Lake Ericson. The cabin is full of character and just a short walk to the Lake for fishing, kayaking or swimming. Enjoy a Nebraskan past time and tank down the Cedar River. Tanks can be provided from nearby outfitters or we can rent use of ours. When you get hungry, head a mile into Ericson for some of the best steaks around at the famous Hungry Horse Saloon or the Wagon Wheel Saloon. The cabin is a cozy unique space with sleeping for 8 guests. Children and adults alike will love the loft. There is a large screened in sunroom with gas firepit to sit around and unwind at the end of the day. The space Loft is accessed using vertical stairs. Although there isn't much head room in the loft, it is perfect for children to sleep and play. Both bedrooms offer queen sized beds. Bathroom can only be accessed through either of the two bedrooms. One couch has pull out bed for extra sleeping area if needed. Full Kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove, coffeemaker, toaster oven. Dishes, silverware, pots/pans provided. Other things to note There is a propane grill and electric smoker available for guest use. No open fires are allowed due to insurance liability. There is not a washer or dryer. Septic system use should be kept to a minimum (short showers and limit toilet flushing). There is an outdoor shower for rinsing after the lake or the river. There are a number of extras included such as lawn chairs, beach toys, etc. 5-6 bags of ice provided in garage freezer for guest use.
