A large egress window was added for natural light as well. As of 2022, the pool has a new liner and a new deck. The kitchen and bathroom had renovations and are as shown in the beautiful photos with new floors throughout. No pets allowed, this is for protection of any guests who may have allergies so please do not ask for exceptions. A heater has been added to the pool and will be set at 75 degrees which is the max it will go to during the day.
