Shopping by car in about 4 minutes. The space Our sunny 45 m² 1-room non-smoking apartment is located in the basement, Am Wiesenhügel 6 in Scharbeutz, about 1000 m from the beach. The way to the beach is easily accessible on foot or by bike via a footpath. The apartment has a car parking space by the house. Since the apartment is located on a hillside, you can reach the entrance (front door) via a staircase in the basement. Otherwise, the apartment is at ground level up to the terrace and faces south. The apartment consists of a large living room with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and spring core sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, stereo system, 124 cm flat screen TV with DVD player. In the hallway there is a wardrobe, a shoe rack and information material for excursions. A well-equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove with oven and much more. In the separate shower room there is a washing machine, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, washbasin with cabinet and toilet. The initial set of towels is included. You can relax on our sun terrace with a table and chairs, a kettle grill and an awning. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately we do not accept pets. Other things to note The visitor's tax is not included in the total price and must be paid in cash upon arrival. You will then receive your spa cards directly from me. The amount of the spa tax depends on the valid municipal statutes and is divided into main and secondary season.
