High bank waterfront, private beach access *views!

The Trails End House is a 2 Bed 2 Bath 1950's high bank waterfront cottage. This is a getaway for those who wish to reset and relax while enjoying all that Whidbey Island has to offer. Sip on local drip coffee while gazing at 180 degree views of Mt Baker, the Cascades Mountain Range and Holmes Harbor frequented by Grey Whales. Walk to the Farm. Private beach access via a lush green trail. New mini split heat and AC just installed! The space The cottage offers wifi and a smart TV preloaded with Netflix, hulu etc.. Feel free to use the washer and dryer as needed. Other amenities include a cooks kitchen featuring a microwave, coffee maker, blender, fridge icemaker and filtered water, stove, and dishwasher. Waterfront is accessed using a trail at the bottom of the property which leads to a ladder to the beach (used by the more adventurous guests) No other homes have beach access for hundreds of yards in either direction. (I do permit both of my lovely neighbors to use the trail as well.) Guest access Entire 2 acre property Other things to note Safety *This is a High Bank beach front property, which means it is located on a bluff or cliff. Although our cliff is blocked by heavy amounts of vegetation, do not venture pass the vegetation line at the base of the property. *The path to the beach is magical and a must see. The ladder at the bottom of the path down to the beach is strictly use at your own risk and is not suitable for all guests. There is a boat launch and public beach access 1/2 mile down the road as well.
