The space This is a tasteful, bright and fresh apartment consisting of a lounge area, a master bedroom with twin beds, a modern bathroom a second bedroom with twin beds, and a kitchen. A brand new central air conditioning system has been installed in June 2021. It’s 54 m2 of space include a roomy and very sunny balcony/terrace of 9m2 overlooking the pool. This apartment is ideal for four adults and two more guests sleeping in two singles, side by side fold away sofa beds in the living room, for an additional extra charge. The maximum it can sleep including babies is 6 (six) guests. The balcony/terrace overlooks a good size "L" shape communal slated water pool and it’s ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals. The complex is quiet and serene, with only ten apartments. The landscaped garden, with dates and Grenadines at the front terrace has plenty of sitting areas and a Tasmanian seat day bed favourite for reading or chatting as well as taking the popular last family picture of the holiday. The pool area has a good size sun bathing terrace with plenty of sun loungers, a barbecue and large granite table that seats ten. Our location is very convenient for many reasons, a large modern supermarket 3 minutes’ walk, the bus stop to Palma also 3 minutes’ walk. Good bars, restaurants, sights and taxis at 5 minutes from us, and the beautiful Port front or Pine Walk, at less than 10 minutes’ walk. If nature is what you are looking for, Villa Alexia is at the very foothills of the protected Bocquer Valley, famous as a birding site since birds from the Southern Hemisphere come to the valley to rest before flying north. There is also the Cala Bocquer, one of the few still existing virgin beaches. magnificent in its beauty only an hour’s walk through the same Bocquer Valley. The charming old city of Pollença just 10 km away, beautiful to explore full of culture, wonderful restaurants and the wonderful Sunday market with amazing fresh fruits and veg produce to bring back to the apartment. The area is well known for cycling or walking and also visiting Cap Formentor, the Tramuntana Mountains or playing golf.
