Alivia’s Room-Walk to Restaurants/Shops/pubs

Come and spend time in a beautiful 1907 farmhouse. It would be a great getaway from the extreme cold further up north. Approximately a 5 to 10 minute walk to Main Street where you will find pubs, restaurants and lots of shops. Come and enjoy this holiday season with us. The space This old Farmhouse has over 100 years of history and you can feel it. It takes people back to an easier time and to their childhood memories. Its like visiting Grandma's house. Within walking distance of 3 local craft breweries. Guest access The large wrap around porch is a great spot to sit and talk with your loved one-while enjoying a cold glass of tea or nice glass of wine. If you like to shop you are only minutes from some of the greatest shopping in WNC......Waynesville also hosts some of the best award winning restaurants in the area....all a must try and within walking distance During your stay I work a lot, but will be in and out during your stay and I can always be reached by phone Other things to note The bathroom is located in the hall; it is your private bath. I have added a curtain that provides you privacy when walking from your bedroom to the bath. I have a small Chihuahua/feist mixed dog named Jack. He is very sweet; I try to keep him in my room or on my lap when I have guests. He is a singer!
