Charming bright home with lots of sunlight and lovely neighborhood. Located 5 minutes from the Historical Downtown District with great restaurants, brew pubs and antique stores. Walking distance from Rogue River access and walking path. Great parking access on property The space you will have use of the living space, kitchen, a shelf in my refrigerator which will have breakfast items for you as well. if you need more refrigerator space i can provide that. there is also a bbq you can use in the backyard. you will have your own sink and medicine cabinet in the bathroom. i can make the room up with 1 single bed, 2 single beds (a single bed and a cot that has a memory foam mattress) or 1 super comfortable inflatable queen bed, so you have all these options. please let me know which one will work the best for your visit. there is a tv in your room (i have directv) and a speaker for your phone/music. i provide wifi. there is an a/c unit in the room for those hot summer temps* it also has ceiling fan, standing fan and a small evaporative cooler for the more milder temp days. i would like to disclose that during quarantine i got a kitten. so now i have a hypo-allergenic 3 pound yorkie , an outdoor cat, a caged hedgehog and now have added a kitten to the household. the animals do not have access to the room but will be in the shared living space, in case you are allergic to cats wanted to let you know. Guest access I have a large backyard. Feel free to wander out w/ your morning coffee :> During your stay I will give you your welcome tour and then we may or may not see each other depending on how busy you are. I try to give you your space in the early mornings so you can get to your adventures without interruptions! Other things to note i am a pet sitter and occasionally i will have a pet here other then my dog and outdoor cat. if you are allergic, be assured that i keep my place clean and the pets will never have access to your room. i will ask you about this before accepting your reservation requests. thank you!
