No parties, loud music, events or inside smoking allowed. The space This remodeled bungalow it is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. iron board, iron, washer/dryer, patio sitting area, wifi, smart TV, CENTRAL HEATING AND A/C SYSTEM: just added to the list of amenities brand new central heating and ac system with smart nest thermostat. KITCHEN: pods and pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, gas cooktop, microwave, cookware, blender and more… BATHROOM: clean towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash and hand soap, just bring your toothbrush . MASTER BED: king size bed, large closet with hangers and 2 nighstands with 1 reading lamp. 2 ND BEDROOM: full size bed, large closet with hangers, drawer with plenty of storage and 2 nightstand with 1 reading lamp ( extra mattress under bed for your convenience ) LIVING ROOM: smart TV with Netflix, wifi, large L shape couch LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer for your convenience on dining closet with laundry detergent. BACK YARD: large back yard with propane bbq grill, gazebo with lounge sitting area, dining table and chairs. COMPLEMENTARY !! EV CHARGER : 48 amps fast charging. charge your car overnight at no cost, so important to have your electric car always ready for your travel adventures. Charger is located in the back of the house next to driveway you can easily park in driveway and pass cable over the gate (cable is 25’long ) or simply open the gate doors and park in front of garage . For teslas there is an adapter for charger (Free charging anytime before 4pm or after 9pm. avoid 4-9pm since this is the peak time and electricity is more expensive for us, help us keep it free of charge for you and other coming guests:) BICYCLES: enjoy a ride to the beach only 8min. Away, we provide 4 bicycles for you to use if you’re bringing your surfboard and don’t feel like driving, you can enjoy the beautiful California weather and enjoy a ride to the beach by taking one of the bikes that has been adapted to carry a surfboard on it. for your convenience We also provide a bike rack for your car as well as 2 bike locks. You’re welcome to park in the large driveway *Pets are allowed upon request, an extra $30 per pet per night will be added, definitely no consistent barking since this will bother the neighbors, if any damage is caused by your pet it will come out of your deposit City of Ventura Permit #2377 Guest access You can access the entire property Driveway for up to 3 cars Other things to note Please note : -no parties or events allowed -no loud noise or music after 10pm per Ventura California law -pets are allowed upon request There is a pets fee of $50 per pet per night for a max of 7 nights for a two week stay if booking for more than two weeks same rule applies.. -no smoking inside house -well maintained and secure home with outdoor cameras to ensure your privacy and safety.
