This area is a great find very nice people very private residential area WITH families, and we will expect you to drive and have fun accordingly. The home is located 2 miles from Summersville Lake State Park, 17 miles to New River Gorge National Park and Bridge. 3 miles to Summerville Lake, a lot of trails, restaurants and things to do. Plenty of outdoor space fire pit with ample wood provided, 6 person hot tub with privacy fence, outdoor grill. NO PETS The space Inside enjoy 60 inch TV over the gas fireplace, tv's in each room with direct TV, WIFI. Master bedroom has a King bed with attached master bath, upstairs has queen bunk beds and futon in one room and additional queen bed in the loft so a total 4 beds and a full upstairs bath. All linens towels wash rags all are provided as well as an ample supply of paper products. You can take a short walk or bike ride to beautiful Summersville lake 2800ft from door to water swim, fish, bring your kayak!! 1300ft from gate to water. Due to the number of questions regarding boat parking we have made arrangements for free parking for your boat!!! The parking is two minutes away from home and on the way to the marina and launch areas. Boat launch is 5 minutes away. This is residential area with children I expect you to drive like YOUR kids play here.
