Plenty of outdoor space fire pit with ample wood provided, Brand new 6 person hot tub with privacy fence, outdoor grill. NO PETS Inside enjoy 60 inch TV over the gas fireplace, tv's in each room with direct TV, WIFI stereo with bluetooth to stream from your phones. Master bedroom has a King bed with attached master bath, upstairs has queen bunk beds and futon in one room and additional queen bed in the loft so a total 4 beds and a full upstairs bath with clawfoot tub. All linens towels wash rags all are provided as well as an ample supply of paper products. You can take a short walk or bike ride to beautiful Summersville lake 2800ft from door to water swim, fish, bring your kayak!! 1300ft from gate to water. Due to the number of questions regarding boat parking we have made arrangements for free parking for your boat!!! The parking is two minutes away from home and on the way to the marina and launch areas. Boat launch is 5 minutes away. This is residential area with children I expect you to drive like YOUR kids play here. Close to Summersville lake and 20 mins to the new river gorge plenty of outdoor activities hiking biking swimming rafting.
