This cottage was built in the late 1800s and has been refurbished with spiral staircase, new front porch, new Woodstove and chimney, hand painting Norwegian Rosemalling shutters, Beautiful interior. Same original hand hewn original wooden beams. There is a lake access as well as two kayaks to use. 3 acres of land, croquet court, lots of space for walking and bike riding as well as water sports. On a dirt road and If a car should happen to go by, you will get excited! Virtually no car traffic. I am not near the cottage full-time but I have local help who live nearby. Very quiet in on a dirt road with very few cars going by each day. Uniquely peaceful. Fly into Burlington, Albany, Montreal or Manchester,NH and rent car. Close to Stowe, Jay Peak, Canadian border, little French towns, Montreal, Burlington lakefront.
