It is easy to lose yourself in a good book on the screened in porch, or bask in the sun floating down the river on the provided canoes and kayaks. The Space The "Bumblebee Cottage" sits on the beautiful Wekiva River, home to some of Central Floridas best canoeing, Kayaking, and Fishing. A nature lovers dream, surrounded by singing birds, exciting wildlife, and plenty of peace and quiet to enjoy time in a hammock or lounging on the back patio. Each bedroom in the cottage is uniquely designed with guest comfort in mind. "Casper" memory foam mattresses, luxury "Brooklinen" linens, and the latest tech connect-ability are just a few of the details that make the cottage feel like home. Families can enjoy a movie night on the flat screen TV, or curled up in front of the fire playing a board game. The kitchen is just as beautiful and unique as it is functional. A gas stove, oven, coffee station, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave are all available for use. Outside in the sprawling back yard you will find a kayak and canoe shed, plenty of open space for lawn games or family gatherings, and a quaint walkway down the the rivers edge. Our newly designed dock is great for bird watching or having a late afternoon cocktail. Mature cypress and oak tress are ready and waiting for your hammock.
