Room within a Cozy Cottage

Private room in cozy basement. Bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, electric kettle and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go. Not staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the Airbnb area. By "shared space" it is the host rarely passing through living room when noone is there for laudary. The space The lower level is quiet and spacious. We only access the lower level common areas for laundry when guests are not there. Guest access The room is downstairs in basement. Access is through hosts space, down a flight of stairs. During your stay We have self check in and check out available. We give you your own private access code to the front door. When we do cross paths, we do enjoy some conversation if you're up for it. Other things to note We do ask to take your shoes off at the front entry door please. We offer a few complimentary snacks and beverages. Please make sure storm door is closed after entering and when leaving Thank you.
