The WATERFRONT Boathouse Cabin!

The BOATHOUSE cabin is a relaxing two-bedroom vacation rental located on Bumps Creek in Sneads Ferry. Enjoy your visit to this awesome beach town and all Sneads Ferry, Topsail Beach and Surf City has to offer. You will be amazed how quickly you can slip into the relaxed vibe and easy going pace of life here. Property Features: - water front - access to boat docks - so bring your boat and tie it to one of our docks during your stay (only 5 minutes to a sandbar or the ICW and 10 minutes to the north end or ocean by boat) - gazebo - large deck (1/2 shade and 1/2 sun) - picnic table - lots of parking - 10 minutes to Topsail Island by car This two bedroom, one bath cottage has everything you need to have the time of your life! Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the sunroom has a sleeper sofa which pulls out to a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, wine glasses, coffee cups, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster. The living area has a table that seats 4 and the sunroom has a bar table that seats 3. The sunroom also has a large full capacity washer and dryer. All towels and linens provided (except beach towels). WiFi and two 50” Fire Stick Smart TVs located in the living area and the sunroom are also included. We will provide a “starter pack” of supplies for you (enough laundry detergent, paper towels, k-cups, and toilet paper for your first day with us). To maintain the home and assure that it is clean and comfortable for all to enjoy NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and there is NO SMOKING permitted inside.
