Renovation includes bamboo hardwood floors throughout, a fully renovated private bathroom w/ Italian tile shower/tub, and fully-functioning kitchenette. Open design, w/ high ceilings and parts of outside wall made entirely of glass. TV and dining areas have fantastic wooded river views. Private deck. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Large private bedroom w/ queen size bed. Futon sofa in living area folds out to become another queen size bed. See below for full amenities. We are cat owners and have multiple indoor cats. You won’t see them, and they won’t be in your space. They do roam there when not rented, so if you have cat allergies then this isn’t the place for you! *Based on the above, we don’t allow dogs. We love dogs, but their scents drive our cats too crazy after you leave. *Family friendly, but space isn’t childproofed.
