It's a good room, but not the right pick for anyone unsteady on stairs or navigating them at night. 2. The second bathroom is in the basement — there is no bathroom on the upper level. 3. Downtown Lansing is a five-minute drive, not a walk. Parking here is free and off-street, so most guests keep a car. 4. Oakland Avenue is a busy road. The driveway holds several cars easily; backing out just takes a beat at rush hour.
