Apartment in small quiet residence on the seafront, in Agay. On the 1st floor (no lift), this apartment can accommodate 6 people close to sandy beach, shops and restaurants. It consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen US equipped, a bedroom with double bed 160x200 and bathroom, and separate toilet. A second bedroom with two single beds and shower room, also with separate toilet; a scullery (with washing machine, dryer, small extra fridge, ironing board, etc.), and a beautiful terrace of 20m ² sunny, facing the sea. It is rented with a garage for a car, it is possible to also drop bicycles. Small shops (mini market, catering, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) are at the foot of the building, the beach of Lido is just in front of the residence, everything can be done on foot. The city center of St Raphaël is about ten kilometers away and Agay SNCF train station is a 5-minute walk away. Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
