The adjacent annex can sleep 15 guests. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 sinks & 1 shower. Possibility to add tents, camping cars and barnums on the property at additional cost The space Magical and beautiful quiet area surrounded by green trees with running creek. You'll have plenty of room in this 226 sq meter house with a large patio area and lawn with canopy and 3 country tables. A large indoor living area with fireplace. Full equipped kitchen. Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans are provided. The property is surrounded by a secured fence for children's safety. Note: Please make sure that all children are under adult supervision at all times, as owner is not deemed responsible for any accidents which could occur on the property Access to the creek, for fishing only, is given to adults with owner's permission. Old tennis court and basket ball net are available to guests on the property. WiFi with clear signal is available in both houses Ample parking on the property The property is located in the Loire valley with many castles and wineries to visit. The famous and beautiful castle of Le Lude is only 10 minutes away by car. A swimming pool, a large lake with beach and summer attractions, a 18 hole golf course are only 5 minutes away by car in the small town of Mansigne where you can find a restaurant, a pharmacy, 2 grocery stores, a boulangerie, a butcher's shop, a book store and a bank Guest access Access to the creek, for fishing only, is given to adults with owner's permission. Other things to note The places come with ready made beds. Bath towels along with hygienic and cleaning supplies, food and drinks are not provided. The rental price includes the stay in the main house and the adjacent annex/appartment with up to 30 occupancy. Note: A 1800 Euro safety deposit will be expected at arrival time. It will be refunded at the end of the stay if property is returned in same condition without damage and no missing items. Dishes are not included in cleaning, they must be washed and put back in their cabinets for easy counting. Pets are allowed for an additional cost of 9 euros per night per each pet, to be paid upon arrival. They must be kept under the control of their owner at all times.
